10-01-2026 - John Scott | Deuteronomy 7:9

I don’t know about you, but I tend to forget things. If I don’t write it down or place it on my Calendar, it is a sure bet that I will forget it. Therefore, it is important that I make sure I keep it before me each and every day. This is the theme of our text. Moses, the writer of Deuteronomy was speaking to the Children of Israel about never forgetting how faithful the Lord has been to them. He wanted them to never forget the God who has kept his promises for those who kept and obey his commandments. It is a blessing to know and remember that God’s promises continue from generation to generation for those who obey Him.

To God be the glory!
