In the book of Luke, it tells the story of Jesus and the disciples visiting with Martha, and her sister, Mary. Most know this story; Martha rushing about preparing; however, her sister Mary chose to sit at the feet of Jesus. Mary knew that her comfort would come by focusing on her relationship with the Lord.

Jesus speaks tenderly to every weary heart with a promise of true rest. In a world that constantly demands more, His invitation is simple: come. He does not ask us to fix ourselves before drawing near; He asks us to bring our burdens to Him and receive the renewal only He can give.

The rest Jesus offers is deeper than physical relief; it is peace for the soul. When we Focus on Jesus, we can come honestly and humbly, He meets us with grace, comfort, and strength for each new day.
