Courage to Begin Again

05-20-2026 - John Scott | Jeremiah 29:11

How do you manage anxious moments? Moving into a new home, starting a new relationship; these are moments that can be overwhelming. Karen certainly understood that anxiety. When she took a new job opportunity, she did know how she would handle starting over, meeting new colleagues, and adjusting to the new duties.

Starting over can feel daunting, especially when the path is uncertain. But courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s the decision to move forward despite it. Every new beginning carries the opportunity to rewrite your story with intention.

Jeremiah 29:11 tells us, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. You don’t need all the answers to begin. Focus on Jesus ~ He is our source of courage and peace. Clarity often comes through action, not before it. Take the first step with confidence and faith, knowing that God will guide your progress as you go.

Peace & Blessings!
