In Psalm 37, God speaks to the writer about not getting upset over evildoers, who seem to be prospering at the expense of good and godly people. It is easy for us as believers to get upset whenever we see those who are clearly evil and disobedient prosper while others suffer. Yet, God in this text, reminds the reader and hearer that we are to relax and wait patiently in the Lord. For those who do evil, their time will come to pass. Our job is to stay focused on the Lord. God will deal with those who perpetrate evil and wrong doing in this world. God will bring forth justice.
