In our chosen text, we come to the story of the Tower of Babel. In this story, the people chose to bond together for the wrong purpose. Their motive was to build a Tower that would make a name for themselves in the land that they dwelled in. The problem with their motive was that it was not God centered. It was person centered. Because they chose not to put God first, God came down and scattered them across the land and made it where they could not understand each other.

As men of God, it is imperative and important that when we come together, we do so in a manner that gives glory to God and insures that His message is promoted.
