11-26-2019 - John Scott | Philippians 2:5-7

Have you ever been a recipient of bad service? Better yet, have you ever had someone act like they were doing you a favor by serving you? Real service requires humility. Humility is defined as a modest or low view of one’s importance. In other words, I don’t act like or treat you like I am better than you. When we are serving others, we should always reflect on the fact that we could be in the same predicament. Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory in Christ Jesus. When you take the time to serve others less fortunate than yourself, always make sure that you don’t treat them like you are better than them.

Amen!
