Do you have a hole in your heart? Perhaps the wound is old or even fresh. Whatever it may be, you are still hurt from the scars of the situation. The problem with old wounds is that they often affect new opportunities. Whether you were betrayed by a friend, loved one or family member, your future response can often dictate where you are in the healing process.

Many times, we lose out for future friendships, opportunities and blessings because we have not fully healed from the hurt of the past. God calls us to forgive. Forgiveness does not exonerate the person or situation. What it does is remove the power that person or situation has over your joy, happiness and future. I challenge you today to let go and let God work in the midst of your “Old Wounds.” To God be the glory!!!!
