One of the lost Arts of communication is that of the Art of Listening. Listening is the key to understanding, comprehending and responding. When we listen purposefully, we find ourselves not missing what we needed to hear. Yet, you will find from time to time that many times things get in the way of our listening. When those things happen, sometimes we miss what was important for us to hear. Yet, the Psalmist reminds us that there is one who is always listening to us and that is the almighty God. When we wait patiently for Him, He hears our cry. I praise God that I never have to ask God Do you hear me. I know God hears me.
