In this thing called life, we can become so occupied in getting, wanting and accomplishing, that we forget to thank the one that makes it happen for us. In our text, the writer reminds us to give thanks in everything. Giving thanks is not just for the one who blessed you, but it is also for you. For, when you thank someone, you are reminding yourself of how God has provided for you in good and bad times. Thanking God is a celebratory moment where we reflect on the goodness and greatness of God.
