Growing up, I remember my mom telling me to speak up whenever I needed to be heard or had something to say. She told me that whenever you speak up when asked or if you need to be heard, says something about your desire to get across what you need to say. Make sure those listening, hear you loud and clear.

This is the premise behind our text. Paul challenges those who have a desire to be saved to speak up by confessing and believe in your Heart that God raised Jesus from the Dead. When you do this, you are saved! May I encourage those who have not received Jesus as their Lord and Savior to speak up!!
