In the Gospel of Luke, the writer shares the parable of the dishonest manager. Jesus tells this story so as to help us distinguish between the world’s way of doing things and God’s way of doing things. God calls us to be honest and faithful to whatever we are called to be and do. When we choose to do the opposite, we become unfaithful. As men of God, we are called to be faithful to our spouse, family and community. Don’t prescribe to the worldly way of doing things. I challenge you to remain faithful to your calling and responsibility.
