Do you make investments? If you do, you know that investments, depending on what you invest in and how much, can return great or small dividends. In the long term, you can find yourself well off and sitting on a nice amount of money later in life. Here, in Psalm 119:1, the psalmist shares how he has stored up God’s Word in his heart, so as the make sure he does not sin against Him. I believe the writer is saying that as I invest God’s Word into my Heart, the return is that I don’t sin against Him and I dare say others. I don’t know about you, but I plan to invest God’s Word into my Heart, so as to help me live a life that is pleasing unto God.
