In this one short verse, Paul sums up the state of humanity. He reminds us that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. None can brag or boast about being anything other than imperfect. As believers we are striving to be perfect, but in reality, we are not. This is why we needed a savior. Jesus Christ came as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. The good news is that we don’t have to be perfect to be saved. We just have to have faith in Jesus Christ and allow his father to lead us to living a better life in Jesus` name.
