Matthew 11:28-29
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Are you one of those people who doesn`t know how to slow down to "smell the flowers?" Do you feel guilty for taking time just for you, even for a few minutes? You always have to captain the ship, for your spouse, your children, work, church and any other number of responsibilities. But...what about you; Just You!

Your greatest love and priority; sometimes it needs to be you. If you want to serve, you have to be spiritually, physically and emotionally strong. The demands of life can become overwhelming. The moment you become an afterthought...those that you were focused on will suffer. So, the next time that opportunity comes to stop and take a breath - Do It! God will bring you rest and peace!
