Psalms 34:12-14
Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.
Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Do you find yourself, from time to time, speaking or thinking negative things about yourself? Are you "your harshest critic?" We need to drop any negative or pessimistic talk. Don`t kill your destiny with your words!

The power of life and death is in the tongue, and you have the ability to commit spiritual suicide killing your own dreams speaking out of turn and with negative thinking. Sow good things into your life and situations. Take those negative thoughts to God and have Him show you how purposeful and precious you are. We may have a moment, but don`t get comfortable in the valley of depression. The answer: simply looking up the mountain that will open a gateway to sunshine and contentment.
