One of the most challenging things for people to deal with in life is change. Change challenges us to shift from what we are most comfortable with to what we may be uncomfortable with. In our chosen text, David called out to God for change. You see, David had committed Sin with Bathsheba and arranged the death of her husband. Clearly, David needed to change his ways for his Spirit had been consumed by Lust. After being called out by the prophet Nathan, David repented and cried out to God. David realized that change needed to happen not just on the outside, but on the inside as well. Have you found yourself doing the same thing the same way and getting the same results? Try God?s way for change. Ask God to create in you a clean heart and renew your spirit for change.
